Did you seriously think the 2K6 models were better than the 2K8 ones? That's nuts in my opinion. Not only are the bodies more proportionate, but the faces have improved VASTLY. The coloring has improved as well. The only thing I find that has dropped in quality was the jersey lighting.

The skin textures are better on 2k6, that's about it tho.

Glad to see KG get the cover though. I would prefer Pierce but you can't go wrong either way.

if you zoom in on faces in NBA 2k8 they dont look too different from that pic...I cant see how it would be hard to believe they can create something like that...

you could tell the vid was def CG though

Is this the final box art? Kotaku seems to think so. If so, it seems a little bland compared to the usual "action" photo. So I sorta doubt it.
