Defending the Pick-and-Roll in NBA 2k8

The CPU cannot defend it, in NBA or CH2k8.

I'm not gonna lie, if I was ever in a dicey spot and needed a bucket I was going right to the pick-n-roll for a damn near guaranteed bucket.

I didn't spend much time playing either game against another human so I can't comment on that.

I don't even Pick N Roll for a layup; Dunk. I don't feel right

I think its pretty easy to defend also. Just icon switch to somebody else, usually a wing player and stand in front of the roller. You'll block his path and he wont' be able to roll to the basket cause he'll have to 2 guys on him. If he passes it to him anyway, he won't be able to finish because 2 guys will be there. I don't double the guy with the ball, just double the pick setter. If your opponent is smart, he'll pass to the guy you left open when you switched to the wing player but you should be able to get back out to him to challenge the shot. I don't even try to deflect the pass. I just icon select my wing defended, whoever it is, and get in the way.

The main key is just recognizing the play early, the rest is easy. I play all my cheesy friends and I play online a lot also and its very easy for me to stop.

Of course the CPU can't stop it whatsoever. I just let the game call my plays for me. I play Madden the same way.....
