I've started with All-Star / simulation. Went down to Pro level - hated it... As someone who has played the 2K basketball games to death, I believe I have a good "feel" for how the game should play out, how things should "look" and then combining the simulation factor to the stats. I've worked on things, and will admit this game is tough to do sliders for because of two issues: 1) the points in the paint issue for the cpu and 2) the rebound-to-fastbreak for the cpu that seems to make you feel powerless.

I'm addressing this through strength and speed settings, along with tendencies.

I have to laugh - the guys who are working diligently on coaching sliders and finite rosters - well, seems to me like a bit of a waste of time. The way this game plays, you'll never really get the kind of gameplay stats you want when the cpu is driving it down your throat all night. I'm going to try and combat this.

If you feel some numbers are skewed a bit too much for the cpu, just pass on these. But I believe this game plays best on ALL STAR (in spite of what some of my friends here feel) and when you work on some key sliders you CAN find the a solid gameplay on All-Star level.

MK cant wait to see how your set turns out. I played with the allstar level a bit and it seemed like too many cheap things happened. Ill be following this post. I created my set of sliders on the pro level but I am down to try a set at allstar. Cant wait to see what you come up with. Always a fan of your work!

Actually was going to ask you if you had any plan for slider set release in your roster thread. I really enjoyed your 2K11 slider back then. Glad you are making this one with all star difficulty. Thanks in advance.

All right!!! I think I nailed them - two changes to post #1...

- lowered offensive rebounds down to 50
- lowered consistency down to 25

This game now plays AMAZING!!!! As much as I love 2K11 (of which I use for all my classic roster files) I'll be using 2K13 for only the current 2012-13 season. I just played 2 of the funnest games I have in some time with these two latest changes. Hope you guys enjoy them. (I don't really see much coming in the way of updates/changes as these really do capture what I'm looking for).
