Shooting adjustment--POST PATCH

Played 12 games....full games. I think the patch is "OFF THE HOOK".
>>
Try playing on All-Star level, Put everything at 50 except shooting, Commit Fouls, Contest Shots.
Try lowering The CPU shooting a tad... (CPU seems to shoot 53-56% FG% in 12 game avg.)>> I shot 47% to 50%.
Hum/CPU
46 41 Insides hot
46 41 Close shot
46 44 Mid shot
47 46 3pt shot
50 48 Lay up
50 48 Dunk
50 48 Dunk in Traffic
Attributes
45 40 On the ball Defense
65 65 Defensive Awareness
60 55 Offensive Rebounding
Tendencies
70 70 Play Passing Lanes

75/70 Commit Fouls
65/65 Contest Shots

I really believe the patch solves most of the problems, We all need to get a little better with are game. Don’t force so quickly on inside shots or Close shots. I hit more Close shots when I work the post up moves. Drive to the hoop with the players who drive strong in the NBA. Kick out once in awhile.

Shooting is the only adjustment needed post patch in my opinion. (Of course I could be wrong)

How many minutes do you play your game and what were the scores?

Re: Shooting adjustment--POST PATCH

Played 12 minute quarters, with the score being from 88 for the low, CPU, and 112 for High game score.

Could lower minutes if you like, shots were in the 85-99 range …..FT attempts were average 12 each a game. May need to increase player foul a bit.

Poor D...........will make you LOOSE. I gave up 10 to 12 pts, in the paint because of sheeeeeeeeeety D on my part.

Stats:
Magic (CPU) --Celtics (Me)
47/92 41/87
51% FG% 47%

5/21 3pt 7/20
23% 35%

4/9 FTA 6/13
44% 46%

39 Assist 30

13 Turnovers 7

16 Fouls 11

52 Rebounds 37

9 Offensive 3

7 Steals 9

1 Blocks 2

62 PiP 44

13 Bench Scoring 25

2 second Chance 4

8 Fast Break pts 6

Player of the Game, Vince Carter 30pts, 7 reb, 5 assist
D. Howard 20pts, 19 Rebounds, 7 assist, 1 Blk
J. Nelson 9 pts, 13 Assist

R. Allen 24 pts, 7 assist
R. Wallace 15 pts
P. Pierce 12 pts on 6-17 shooting....0-3 from 3pt line.

Lot's of run's by both teams......I gave up 8 alley oops of which 4 were my fault, could see it coming and still didn't rotate....dumb.

Hate to lose but game played well.

Re: Shooting adjustment--POST PATCH

These look good based on the stats posted. What I'm struggling with is getting a realistic amount of blocks (both pre and post patch). I noticed that your FT attempts with about 12 per game is low, like you said already.

My point is what can we adjust to see a realistic amount of FT attempts without compromising the amount of blocks?

Re: Shooting adjustment--POST PATCH

Also if anyone was wondering...in the NBA there is about 1 offensive rebound for every 5 defensive rebounds. Check box scores and you will see. So if your team has 25 defensive rebounds, you should have at least 5 offensive rebounds. Thanks.
