Hey Playmaker great work on the sliders. I was wondering if these would work on Superstar, and if I was to use superstar, what areas should I tweak to balance it out?.....

I just tried them on superstar.. the CPU plays damn good (maybe too good?) not sure which difficulty will be better.
edit: ehh they are much more realistic on all-star IMO

not yet i dont think.
and for a good attack the basket number, i played on 75 without any problems,
the back door cuts and easy paint points were still kept to the minimum, with the major difference that people like caron butler and gilbert arenas would attack the lane whenever they felt a good oppurtunity, felt very natural and i feel like 75 or even 80 is a great number to try out, on top of these sliders. (there was one dynamite arenas play, a circus layup was as happy as if i had been the one to pull it off, but it was the AI.)
and i agree superstar is too hard for this set, the react instantly to any gap on the court, making defense a close to an impossible job

I think these can be modified to play on Super Star but I haven't tested it out yet. Right now I'm totally locked in on All-Star level because i think the more time I put into the better results I'll continue to get.
I think these are getting very close to what I want as a Final Base set I'm just experiementing a little more and observing all the feedback being posted.

I think the seperation in sliders is what makes them tend to do things more or less. If i close the gap between Mid Range and Attack the basket it gets much better in flexibility.
Also do not underestimate the Look to Post player slider. I think that slider is very huge because it'll have teams initiating there offense out of the post and they good good post players that have really good IQ they'll do some nice things for the CPU and doesn't always involve them shootingit just because they got the ball.
I've Boston go to Garnett a lot with the 1st or 2nd pass and he's made some nice decisions with the ball depending on what my defense was doing. I'm also going to increase the Alley Oop slider back up just a tad bit because I'm taking the excitment out of the game on fast breaks by the CPU by lowering down too much.
I'll let that be more of USER preferance because that is one of the reasons why I love 2k10 the CPU even though they can kinda get out hand with it does it better than i've ever seen any CPU do it in any basketball game. Plus with verticals and ball handling being reduced down it makes for sweet looking turnovers if they fail to execute it right.

I'll give these sliders ago, I play on All Star all the time now and I'll try the gamespeed sliders at 50 and see what happens.
I'll play a game with the Kings @ Lakers to see what the outcome is.
Here's my results.
Half time score was 42-42, not highly impressive because I would look to be around 50 to 60 in my scoring in 2K9. 1st quarter, it all felt good. The plays felt smooth and it looked and felt great. 2nd quarter and it all changed, couldn't hit a shot to open the quarter, cheap fouls were being called against me, Kobe couldn't stay on the floor because of some stupid charging call. It actually all started at the end of the 1st where I lead 27-20 and they went for a 3 point shot, I tried to block it and didn't touch them and boom, a foul was called.
I think the fouls have to be changed for myself because some ticky tacky fouls were being called and they were all being called in the favour of the opposition.
