Dude does it even matter if the thread is 5 stars? Some people dont have to change the sliders completely to play a realistic game.

Nice work Pared. These simple slider adjustments have definitely made the games better.

Thanks a lot Pared. I've had this set of mind for a few years now; Too much tweaking to the sliders can be a bad thing because they're all interwoven. Set one too high or low and it makes another slider stand out too much. Too much time spent tweaking and then you aren't even playing the game for enjoyment anymore. Great job!

Yeah Pared I appreciate these sliders as well. They have made a ton of difference. In the past I have always changed the sliders and it completely changed the way the game played, this year out of the box I enjoyed how it played I just thought the shooting needed some tweaks and this definently helped.

Player speed can be found at the team matchup screen (where u select jerseys) press Y and then adjust player speed to your liking
I use either 45 player with 8min qtr...or default speed with 10min qtr

I'm glad you guys are enjoying them.
Just a little help for those guys that just want to plug and play, the guys who have limited time to be dealing with stuff like this. Obsessive slider men need look elsewhere. :-)[Reply]

if i just make these minor changes will the game play "sim"?? with changing everything i notice that it's making the defense of the computer WAY WAY to hard...it's makin defenders slide unrealistcally like they know where i am going before i go there...i just want a realistic game to play until the patch comes out.....?

These are good. I am another one who is going to go away from the 'major sliders' this season. The game is much, much more playable than 2K9 was...minor changes will do :-)[Reply]

i'd like to re-iterate that there's a defensive assist slider that i'm attributing the huge amounts of open shots too. It's found in Options>My controller> Controller settings.
change this to something below 25, 0 seems to nerf the L trigger defensive modifier however, so not too low.
This is a big improvement for me, please check it out yourselves.
Pared, you might wanna put this in the original post.
