Best User vs. User Sliders (For Online play)

I'm currently looking for the best user vs. user sliders for online play. The main problem is that you can't change the high dunk rating and close inside shots and stuff from the default online rosters when playing against friends in custom matches. Is there any set of sliders that can somehow keep the game somewhat realistic while playing online with sliders?

If anyone has good user vs. user sliders for offline play with rosters like rashidi's and os outsiders they would also be very appreciated

use nogster or the_future420 sliders and make shure both user and cpu sliders are tha same. be sure to chek out wonderland sliders hes workin on them.

I've been using the futures sliders for online, but the rosters are the default official nba 2k rosters. Everybody has a high dunk rating and close rating. I play a game and Yao is doing one handed dunks on me all the time. Is there any sort of way to somehow tone down the high ratings given by default? The game plays fine when using the futures sliders and nogsters sliders.
