My sliders are: game speed: 50 player speed: 40 quickness: 0 -smooth gameplay everywhere so far except in Philly. The court & arena there is super bright & seems like a lot is going on in the arena so I'm wondering if this is a patch issue or if it can be fixed by adjusting the above sliders?
