best sliders and coach profiles?

Im playing 10-12 min on pro and would like to know which sliders some of you are using that work best and give best results? Also would like to know which coach profile should i try to get? There are so many out there, just a general consensus of which is best.

I'm also looking for the best coach profiles for teams. I just want teams to play like they really do in the NBA. The 2K insider is slacking on his job by not updating player and team tendencies with the living roster, what a joke.
