Quick Question: Do Sliders Affect User vs. User Play?

So when you have a set of sliders adjusted for CPU and User play, do you have to adjust them to have equal play for both users?

I know that in the past, it had User (Home) and CPU (Away).

From what I gathered from those previous games is that if you adjust the User slider, it affects your play when you play the computer. But it also affects the home team when you play vs. another human controlled opponent.

And the same for CPU sliders. If you changed CPU sliders, you changed the way the CPU played against you. But, if you played against a human opponent, it applied these changes to the Away team.

Is this right?

And if so, is it no longer like that this year? It no longer has it as User/Home and CPU/Away. It just has the sliders as User and CPU. So I was thinking that maybe this year, the changes you apply to the user will affect both human controlled teams regardless of who's home and who's away. And that the CPU slider will ONLY affect the CPU and NOT the away team.

I would just like some clarification on this.

But in a game where there is a User vs User play, i can see the Home/Away sliders... that's why i am asking (here in another thread, in 2ksports forum, inside other threads) but it looks like no one has a set of sliders or at least some clarification about this, it looks like anyone plays only against the CPU...
