nogster, I don't understand how you have these numbers. The first 2 lines of numbers I don't get and for the players, you list 5 numbers but they have way more than that. Tell me what these numbers go to. Thanks.

look at the date of the "quoted" post.
that is for 2k8..its months and months old...bdavis is still on goldentstate...
go to page 8 of that thread and look at post # 77.
stizz posted all the tendencies and coach profiles in a "spoiler" tag..

the 1st lines for each team are the coach profiles..in the order u see them in the "coach profile" screen.
then the 5 player tendencies, are the 1st 5,
shot, close, mid, 3pt, drive the lane.

Nogster I am 40+ games into my season with the def rosters, so I dont want to start over. I can easily implement your sliders but should i also take the time to adjust all the coaching profiles? Also should I adjust every single players tendancy ? What changes will help me most in my dynasty??

Man oh man, Nogster your sliders are Awesome bro. I'm using some of your slider settings (mainly the cpu tendency part) combined with the player/team tendency sliders in your other thread and I'm getting excellent results on NBA 2K9 for my PC! Before when I was playing against the Heat w/o using your settings, I noticed that D-Wade wasn't playing to his full potential (wasn't playing like a superstar, not taking enough shots and was mostly invisible for the whole game) But when I tried your sliders D-Wade was playing like D-Wade on TV! Driving strong to the cup and taking over the game! Fully supporting your work bro, it seems like you have the most experience with 2K sports at least for basketball around here and that you know the NBA inside-out. Thanks again for making NBA 2K9 playable again!

Just to let all you guys know that the sliders in 2K9 are very sensible, if you adjust a slider setting by 1 bar, you will see noticable results right away, so be careful of what you set your sliders at cause it can make a big difference in gameplay. Also if you are planning on playing with Nogster's game sliders, I think it is a MUST that you alter the coaching profile sliders according to what Nogster recommends cause it DOES make a difference.

i think ive done a pretty good job getting this game to play right single player..yeah there are still issues. but they are built into the game. no sliders. player ratings/tendency adjustments will change that.
hopefully the patch will rectify the main complaints this game has.

if the cpu would just not be so intent on scoring inside and open up the mid range more.
if there can actually be some physical defense in the game.
why oh why did they take out the "collision strength"[or whatever it was called] slider?
then this game would be so much better.

Hey Nogster, just wondering since I'm new to 2K Basketball (I have a PC only) if that previous 2K basketball games had patches released that dramatically improved the gameplay? Thanks n keep up the good work bro.

P.S. I noticed that some games D-Wade dominates but in most games I played against the Heat he doesn't really play like one (doesn't take over the game) Instead Beasly is mostly the guy who's dominating... It varies from game to game, it's either really good or really bad
