sorry to say i got the :-) rrod :-) today and will be without a 360 for a month or so. i had been working on creating players for a 1986 roster and had about 70 guys created and they were looking really good. this really sucks. i dont know if the timing could be worse, with the patch about set to drop and all. this will be my fourth 360 in 4 yrs.

Bummer. I was just wondering today if you had started this roster or not; thought you'd mentioned you were waiting until the patch release. You are trustworthy and I have always used your rosters in the past so I believe you when you say the created players were coming out real nice and in that case, it'll ultimately be worth waiting for whenever you actually do get your 360 back.

That totally sucks Port but hopefully by then the patch will be out and these damn bugs will be fixed, especially the export a team and duplication bugs. We'll all be waiting for your rosters!!!! Thanks again for the hard work.

have you tried fixing it? there are some methods at youtube I have used the blanket method it may sound stupid but it worked for me for 2 months. This sucks big time especially now with all the great games coming out and the patch from 2k.
your work this year is going to be the better ever with the better player tentencies and the better create player mode

I had the rrod twice since 2006 when I got my 360 at launch. The first time happened the night before Thanksgiving 2007. I had my 360 back within exactly 10 calendar days of getting the rrod. I was shocked with how fast they sent it back.
The second time happened in August 2008, and they sent me a different refurbished 360 back and it took a little longer, but not really that long. 2 and a half weeks.
I think microsoft is faster with shipping them back around the holidays, which are rapidly approaching as we all know. It didn't cost me money either time, and Microsoft emailed me the shipping label.
Try this before you go out and spend money on a new 360 that will just eventually break again.

Sorry Portlandblazer ... that was the main reason I changed to PS3 ... I got tired of those damn RROD ... plus I did had to pay around $200 because I live outside the US and that shipping it is not covered ... at first is a shocking translation from 360 to PS3 but then, after getting used to, "it is all net".

dude you have to switch to PS3...Its so much better, its ridiculous,
I feel like xbox 360 is last gen next to the PS3.
I have both but I rarely use the XBOX anymore.
