i think i jinxed it. about an hour after updating and uploading a roster with hedo on portland i read that he changed his mind and will sign with toronto lol! several years ago the blazers were supposedly getting gary payton so i put him on the team and started playing, then heard he wasnt coming to portland after all and i figured i must have jinxed it.

i guess ill have to do another update

i just did the exact same thing yesterday, i played a game with artest and ariza on the cavs just for fun, within a few hours they make theyre choices

Hedo is overrated in my opinion. Yeah he had a really good past 2 years, but I think that has alot to do with defenses having to focus on Dwight.

I don't think he was a good fit for Portland anyway. I like that core of young players developing together, and I don't think adding 30 year old forward would help Aldridge continue to develop at the rate that he has. Aldridge is due for a breakout year this year, and with Hedo there that might not happen, and Hedo isn't enough to get Portland out of the first round, that would depend more on Oden.

Portland really wants a second ball handler to create when Roy is not on the court. Hedo is a good option as he can hit some tough Js and also dangerous on pick and rolls.

However, Hedo chooses to listen to his wife and goes to Toronto, and it is making me nervous because Portland now has the money to sign Odom...

It is also interesting to see where Marion will go.
