How would u distribute minutes among Bulls guards¿?¿?

I'm trying to distribute 144 (PG, SG & SF) minutes among 7 guys: Rose, Gordon, Sefolosha, Hinrich, Deng, Nocioni & Hughes (I include Hughes bc i don't like to play with real injury rosters). So as u can imagine i got a problem: rose plays 37 mpg, gordon 31, hinrich 24, deng 35, sefolosha 15, nocioni 25 and hughes last season 29; so i don't know how the h**l i'm gonna fix bulls rotation realistically. I'd appreciate any suggestion...

Realistically u cant get all of them in the game.

I dont think you can get all of them in adding Hugues to the mix, unless you cut lots of mins.

Also it depends on who your trying to start also. Because primary position switches come into play in the case of Gordon,Hinrich and Gooden. Also Nocioni plays SF/PF with most of his minutes coming at PF.

My idea for bulls rotation is this:
Rose PG(30 mpg) Gordon SG(29) Deng SF(35) Tyrus PF(25) Gooden C(30) Bench: Hinrich PG/SG(20) Hughes SG(14) Nocioni SF/PF(24) Noah PF/C(18) Gray C(9) and Sefolosha SG/SF(6). I think this could be a decent rotation for the bulls with the return of hughes, Let me know what do u think.

Rose PG (38)
Gordon SG/PG (31)
Deng SF (35)
Thomas PF (25)
Gooden C/PF (22) (or 30)

Noah C (19)
Gray C (11) (or 3)
Hinrich PG/SG (18) (or 25)
Sefolosha SG (15) (or 8)
Nocioni SF/PF (25)
Nichols SF (1)

Total minutes adds to 240. This will work if you are trying to do accurate. Only the players with a noted secondary position should have one. If they have one and shouldnt, just change the secondary to match the primary.

The way you figure out a players true MPG is by taking the (MPG x GP)/TOTAL Games the Team has played.

If you want to bump a players mins up take the minutes directly from a backup that plays that position.

For example if you want to take Kirk back up to 25 mpg (which is what he played before injury) Subtract the 7 mins directly from Sefolosa.

If you want Gooden back at 30, you subtract the 8 mins directly from Gray.

If you decide to start Hinrich and Bring Gordon off the bench, simply switch Gordon to PG/SG and Hinrich to SG/PG. You can still leave the MPG the same. Gordon's overall rating will drop (and Hinrich will boost) but they wont actually play any worse, skills stay the same its only because of the position switch.

Hope i didnt overload anybody.

no overload man!but as i said my only trouble is to add Hughes to the rotation, and i think that when he come back he's gonna have at least 15 mpg (last season he had 30). I found some of ur tips very useful but i think i don't get this:

. I mean, if that is true: last season hughes played 28games averaging 29 mpg, so, if that is true it should go 28x29/82= 10 mpg ¿¿?? did i get something wrong??

Well you have to take into account that he was traded in season. So he actually played in 68 games at 29.7 (28.9 with CHI).

That gives him (68gms x 28.9mpg)/82 = 23.97 (or 24 on your screen)

If your dead set on entering Hughes you got to sit somebody dude. Sefolosha needs to take a seat.

That said you STILL gotta come up with taking 9 extra mins from a single player (or divy it up from more than one player).

Hughes only played SG while with the Bulls last year but between both teams he played
PG - 6 mins
SG - 19 mins
SF - 4 mins

Id list him at SG/SF since you have no mins left at PG (With 3 players sharing that load)

You have to do this:

Sefolosha at 0 (-15)
Nichols at 0 (-1)

Then out of
(Rose,Deng,Gordon,Nocioni and Hinrich)
Cut TWO minutes off all four of them. (Or u can choose to take 3 mins from two players, 2 mins from one player, and leave one player untouched.)

Then you have SG/SF Larry Hughes at 24 mpg. Your really stretching your mins thin though you dont have room for anything else.

are u kidding me??? LOL who's the GM of that team: u r right, if u give sefolosha 0 minutes, and give hughes SF 2ndary position fits well. Let's see, but Hunter will be also 0 right now. People who say that videogames r just a waste of time should see this post. Pur maths!!!LOL

I forgot about Deng. That means you can cut from him too since he's a SF (The more people there is to take from the less drastic peoples minutes and stats take a hit).

PG Rose 37
SG/PG Gordon 30
SF Deng 34
PF Thomas 24
C Gooden 29

SF/PF Nocioni 24
SG/SF Hughes 22
PG/SG Hinrich 20
C Noah 19
C Gray 1
SG Sefolosha 0
PF Simmons 0

Reserve List:
PG Hunter
PF/C Ruffin
SF Nichols

Best bet is to roll with that. You can switch Hughes and Hinrich mins or just do a 21/21 split. either way your rotation should run perfect.
