can someone explain to me the exact meaning of these numbers??

ex:

76ers.
28, 70, 66, 60, 70, 60, 46, 54, 40, 48,
45, 30, 38, 30, 55, 17, 10, 51, 50, 50, 44

they are the team sliders for 2k8...
look at the date of the post.
im tired of having to explain this.
