there is one somewhere as I had it downloaded before NBA2k9 came out, just search around for it and you'll find it, I wouldn't however recommend it though as most of the Rookies are very very highly ranked

I would love this too. I find 2k9 unplayable..way too choppy and laggy for my taste. I'm going to keep searching on here

Same here...I've had it with the PIP. Very disappointed with this year's effort.

I am currently working on a NBA 2K8 PAL PS2 roster. I am still working on 5 player CAPS of rookie players then I will post it. It will be up to date as of the day I release it. Should be up in 2 days time.

Here is the roster. I can't remember where I got the original from that I used as a starting point. Some of the 2009 rookies were present already, but I did have to add and create others. So please do not credit me for anything other than posting it. It is not a perfect roster file by any means as some CAPS are my own doing. But it is up to date with current rosters.
