***NBA 2K9 Tomba CAPS***(from upcoming Full Game edit)

For the past 2 weeks I've been creating and editing all the missing players in NBA 2K9. Due to limitations in the player creator feature (skin tones/textures hair/facial hair and eyebrows)not everything can be recreated. However things can be manipulated enough to make players more than recognizable. Above are my current edits I've been working on for everyone to see. Roughly 29 players from Ajinca to Nelson have been made (excluding Patrick Ewing JR. and Robert Kurz).


These will be released along with a FULL edit to the game which will include not only these created players but a roster with:


Updated attributes and player/team tendencies
Reassigned Signature shots/free throws/post/dunks /iso-motion moves
Accurate team rotations/depth charts
Updated Player equipment
Speed edit (for those that know me for my work with NBA Live).

Slider, presentation and player settings will also be included and will work with this edited roster only.

The main focus is on game flow and accurate shot percentages and game scores for 8 minute quarters.

congratulations man, great CAPs!! the only thing to say is that u have been too good with joel anthony... his face is a nightmare in real life.

I fixed it since. came out good i mean ugly LOL

Nice work man. The are a few that are way off like Robersn, Wafer, Haddadi etc...

Also Nelson needs to be a little bit darker he isnt light skinned.

Keep this going guys! I need suggestions like these. But please remember I use a wide variety of photos and determine what looks best based on the editors capabilities.

I have some issues giving certain players something that might have or feature in real life because when the editor gets a hold of that kind of edit it does what it wants with it for better but most importantly for the worse.

Nelson is light skinned in the update by 2k as well, there are only 6 skin tones without any variances either so it's hard to make it quite right. i try to find a medium based on photos and etc. So when you say a bit darker it doesn't work that way unfortunately...
