Iverson & Billups Jersey #'s to Roster Editors
According to Yahoo Sports (been looking around)

Chauncey Billups will wear #21 and J.R. Smith will remain at #1

Allen Iverson will wear #23 and Stuckey will remain at #3.

I don't know how reliable yahoo can be but yeah this is what they have.

P.S. McDyess is at #24 and Cheikh Samb is at #35.

EDIT: SI.com lists this as well, who knows?

I saw something in the news from Rodney Stucky saying that if A.I. wants #3 he will likely be using #9 or something.

Yeah I'm assuming its still up in the air, I was just browsing around seeing if any sites had anything. I guess we wont officially know later today (through nba.com) or wait until tomorrow.

Pistons website has AI wearing #1. Haven't seem anything on Billups yet.

Yeah Yahoo was pulling numbers out of thier *** again. Ol' Stern said they arent letting players change jersey numbers during the season, only in the offseason.

A.I. and Stucky were ready to switch but got overuled so A.I. went with #1.

Still no word on Bbbbbiluups

An article I read today said that Chauncey will wear #7 for the Nuggets. I saw that thing about #21 on Yahoo as well though, but I assume it's incorrect, as that news report was in today's Denver post I believe and had current info as to when Chauncey will make his Nugs debut (Friday). Not sure about Samb and/or McDyess (if he even stays with the team).

Thanks for the info.

I could care less for Samb and McDyess as there numbers arent taking along with McDyess is not going to play for them and Samb will be inactive and most likely sent to the D-League

Yea Iverson will be wearing #1 a change in numbers can't take place until after the season according to NBA Rules.
