How do you set your own rotations?

240 minutes available

L2/LT to decrease minutes, R2/RT to increase minutes.

I know that, but like how many minutes do you put a bench player.

However many you don't use for your starters...

Look at some of the default rotations for ideas as to how you should set your team. ~35 for stars, ~25-30 for starters who aren't big upgrades over their backups. If you use 30 on your Center and 25 on your Power Forward, use 18 and 23 on their backups. Unless you want to use a 3 big man rotation in which you'd divide up 96 minutes (48 minutes x 2) among your C, PF, and a backup.
