all you need to do is 4 steps

1 if you have WinRaR allready just make a sub folder on desktop
i call mine rosters then download the file save it in the sub folder
2. when the file is done use winrar and hit extract here then you will see all the file contents in the folder

3. when your done open xchange 360 go to hdd so see is it thare if so turn off xchange 360 plug memory card in go back to hdd hit to mem then wait to load up
it'll be on the memorey unit transfer it over to your hd on your 360 then load up and bam your done .

I see you can load trailblazer old school teams on it...is it because you created about 100 players???....other then that...great job man...i tried to load the dream team on it and that had my system locked out

WTF!!! ... Why is it that ALL the good roster downloads are ONLY for the 360!!!! This is Great work ... really great work but I'ma have to say I HATE U GUYS until I get this save for my PS3.

I have couple of questions:
Where can I get an Xport 360 or Xchange 360? How much is it?
Can you post your derrick rose and michael beasely caps?
Does it matter if i use either Xport 360 or Xchane 360?
