If your preference is to play offline, open that game NOW... but if you care the slightest bit about online, RUN back to the store and get your money back...... The patch for this game (assuming they even make one) would take a week to download, but after last year their word isn't any better than their servers.
I wanted to organize a Server Blackout to draw some attention, but some people though it was "Dumb" to try to organize something that might draw attention to an issue that you are unhappy with. ???? Anyway, this is totally unacceptable and I would be on board with any kind of protest anyone thinks will light a fire under the a$$es over at 2K, up to and including A class action lawsuit. With the goal being to get this POTIENTIALLY awesome game fixed and also to say we are not going to accept companies putting out half a$$ games and running with the money. It's like selling an iron without the cord, a car without wheels, or poonanny without the jimmy... it's just wrong and if anyone wants to do anything besides cry about it, let me know..... I have a reporter at G4 and a manager at the BBB ready to go as soon and I can "...demonstrate broad customer support for [my] protest..."
This is not about a "game" it's about selling a bad product, 2 years in a row. If we can play a part in getting patches done faster, having them see the hole in their "testing", which apparently consisted of making sure the disk fit into the PS3 and that was it, then it's a win for us....! But if other companies are thinking "we can put out half a game, start making money then issue enough patches to quiet the mob" we need to show them other wise. But bottom line.... We can't let 2K shoot themselves in the foot. Because that road leads to us all left playing an even worse version of Live (with no competition) then they have now.

been trying tfor days and hours now to GET ONE crew game going.. Its freezing on me atleast 90% of the time. My system is dieing with this unneeded freezing. Ill never buy another 2k product again..Hours wasted trying to get in a game. the one time we have 4 crew memberso nline, we cant get in a simple game.
$60 bucks couldve been spent elsewhere. Next year I will know
Im heated right now. Id say some other stuff but dont want to get banned

Yeah, I've been a STERN 2k support since 1999. I bought my Dreamcast and have never looked back, but between the MLBs and the 2k10 situation I'm very disappointed in 2k.

LMAO at Smoov'es latest lambasting of 2K's servers. I too can vouch that online leagues games disconnecting at high rates. I really hope Simballer or any 2K dev is reading this thread to provide some kind of workaround or feedback. How could they digress from 2k9, when online leagues worked flawlessly...SIGH!...
