Well I'm totally screwed.


Indiana opens Season 2 with a win at Orlando but at a severe cost.


MVP and Perennial Superstar Danny Granger is out for 6 games with a strained abdomen.

So right off the bat Indiana's hopes of a Championship repeat take an almost certain killer blow.

Coach AuburnAlumni will have to figure out a way to rework the lineup and get into the playoffs without his go to guy.

This suuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

NY Knicks-

Coach wxkid2323 is pleased with his teams draft effort. The Knicks were able to secure a very balanced team with strong players on the inside and the perimeter.

Starting 5-

PG Jose Calderon- Calderon brings a steady hand to the PG position. A very balanced PG with strong handling and very good passing to go along with a nice shooting touch. Calderon's only major weakness is his so-so D.

SG Ray Allen- Coach wxkid2323 was very pleased to be in position to draft Ray Allen. Allen brings a veteran presence on the court to go along with possibly the best shooting at the SG position in the league.

SF Lebron James- James brings strong leadership to the Knicks. James is a very talented player with the capability to drive in traffic and post up when needed.

PF Elton Brand- Brand brings strong post play on the offensie and defensive ends.

C Kendrick Perkins- Perkins brings strong defensive play for the Knicks. Perkins known for his blocking and rebounding will be a major part of the Knicks plans.

Coach wxkid2323 was happy with the players he was able to secure for his bench which will see plenty of playing times this season as coach likes to keep his non-star players fresh.

PG Kirk Hinrich- Strong offensive and defensive play to go along with good ball handling skills. Kirk expects to see a lot of playing time behind Calderon.

SG Raja Bell- Good 3 point shooter and very strong defensive player

SF Wally Szezrbiak- Very good shooter but his poor defense and playing behind Lebron will limit his playing time.

PF Yi Jianlian- Very good shooter and flexible player at 7 foot.

PF Sean Williams- Drafted for his defensive play

C Zydrunas llguaskas- Tall 7'3 frame and excellent rebounder. Likely to see plenty of playing time behind Perkins.

C Eddy Curry- Feels at home in New York and ready to contribute.

Indiana certainly felt the sting of that blow today against Philly. 3/20 shooting from 3, the entire game was a mess. Just offensive rebound and putback from both sides, until we started getting after it on the defensive glass. Then those long rebounds led to fastbreak points.

I just went to our online league page and I am now pretty upset. It cut me and Drew off in the middle of the 2nd quarter due to some server problems and it gave him the victory!

It's not his fault or anything, but give me a break 2K...
