Things that border me at online play

I'm just play this game for a week and i'm at this moment not so good and time after time my oponent is some veteran of starplayer, who smash me to the ground. Last game was against a guy who was 486 and im over 50000. Is there any way that i can fix that, and play against players from the same strength???

Other things that border me is the fawl play at online game, where is your respect people. They use every time the charge-botton, not let imbound you, continious steals etcetera...

And thirth thing that sometimes border me is the gameplay from some people, i like a slow realistic gameplay where most of you people want to make a streemgame from it. Use the sprint-botton en dunk it away, and my friends, for me that isn't basketball.

^Basically. As to the first question, you can go into the Player Match area to scout your opponents and you can tell what skill level they are. However, these games are not ranked... there's no way to pick opponents with the regular Ranked Exhibition, as it uses a blind matchup system.

Play with friends and forget about ranked games if you want to have a good time... too many jerks online who don't respect that game and since you can't really pick opponents any more, you can't avoid the really bad ones. I still play quick matches, but I expect to be battling some jerk using every exploit in the game.. it's a different kind of challenge I guess.

Just play a online game i don't think he/she shoot the ball 5 time out of the paint. Is there any way you can stop this play? BB-minded i was far more better than him, but couldn't stop his fast pase game

It's very hard to stop. Playing off-ball defense and camping in the paint with your bigs is the only semi-reliable way I've seen to defend people who constantly go to the paint, especially the ones who just drive with LeBron/Kobe every time. Drawing charges works also, but most of them are expecting that and basically weave around, which makes drawing a charge nearly impossible.

Just try to anticipate the shots and get a hand up with your big men.. that's really all you can do. Also, make sure to use a team with decent defensive big men, because their ratings will cause the shots to fall less often. I find that the Spurs work great against Lakers/Rockets cheesers, but they're unfortunately kind of hard to use right now because Tony Parker and Manu are injured...

If the person you were playing would cherry pick by throwing the ball 3/4 court to the open man by the hoop, I can't help you... there doesn't seem to be a good way to counter that tactic reliably.

Thx for the info. Sometimes it works with different types of defence, press the right trigger on your d-pad if your on defence and you can choose different styles of defence. Sometimes is hard to choose a style because there so fast on the basket, but it works a littlebit. Greetz

Another unsportive thing ive seen my last games. Because i become quit good at my free throws and most of the times it's two points, some people constantly tap de start botton, over and over again so i should miss my free throws. It's it so hard for you people to play fair, i always do!!!
