Anyone notice this with ranked games ??

For example: My rank is 2000, I play guys ranked 70th, 50th, 120th and just completely blow them out by like 30 points. I can hit jumpers all over the place, play great defence (my opponent cant hit a 3 to save his/her life). BUT.....when I play someone who has played only a few games. They hit every shot and I cant buy a 3 pointer even with my best shooters ???

It's almost like the lower ranked person gets some sort of ratings burst and the higher ranked player gets a rating decrease ???


Has anyone else noticed this trend or am I just looking waaaaaaay to deep into this ??
