What Defense is best online?

when playing online.... what defence is the most effective on gamers that like to just drive all game?

a 2-3 zone.. and play lock up d with the guards(playing them to the help) and let the computer control the bigs.. thats the only way i can consistantly stop players like lebron,kobe,and tmac.. as far as stopping centers that score such as yao this usually helps that out as well.. now the scorers will still get theres but not as often as the would playing straight up man..

What he said........also turn your help defense slider up.......Turn your fastbreak slider down if your opponent starts grabbing offensive rebounds.......Thats one of the drawbacks to playing a 2-3 zone.......

Also, if I see that he's still just forcing his way to the basket, double team him with the guard(I mean actually getting the tie up animation) and if he passes out of it, try to get back to the shooters quickly as possible.....

If your playing some random joe GL kinda hard playing against a blur.. If your going against a buddy run some 2-3 and man..
