every year, i have played 3, i get to to the regionals and the last week someone major gets injured. that messes with my head and i start trying to do to much with the remaining guys.

(yeah, i can hit the slider two feet off the plate. crap!!!!)

then i play some team with a close to .500 season but an A-something rating. they beat me both times in pitching battles. season over.

of course my team has yet to be above an A rating. this years team had some decent offense, great defense, really great pitching but absolutely no bench. hence a C rating. i have 10 guys that can arguably hit. once the season starts with the 5 to 6 games a week, i start losing more often. this years recruiting class, though, is awesome. i will start this season rated 14th.

Enjoy your season. The game is still awesome. I was looking at some videos for MLB 2K8 for the 360 and I noticed the fielding animations have changed and now they're basically MVP's with slightly better graphics.

I just won it all with Long Beach State in my 4th year. My team was ranked a D- and I coached most of the games rather than playing them but it seems like my team had one of those years where they were destined to win. I thought it was nice.
