Has everyone found their slider settings?

Was just wondering if everyone has found the sliders that they like to play with.

Personally I am using Jistics and have been having some good games.

The lack of activity in the slider forum tells me that not a lot of people are playing the game or people have found good sliders that they are happy with.

Just checking to see what sliders everybody is using.

When I saw that Jistic was using L&F, I looked elsewhere. Football Forevers sliders are good even though there are things I think I will have to tinker with.

Re: Has everyone found their slider settings?

I use Jistic's with classic fielding and batting.

I think he actually switched to that also. They work well with classic also.

I guess the only thing I see as a problem with the game is the pitch counts. I walk about 1 person a game and SO anywhere from 0-7 per game. Which is okay, but I look at my pitch count sometimes and see that I have a guy who pitched 6 inn and threw 45 pitches. That is not realistic. Maybe there is not a lot we can do about that.

Re: Has everyone found their slider settings?

Jistics are good but i cant seem to get the CPU to produce any offense. I usually shut them out or they might get 1 or 2 runs a game. College baseball is a lot of run scoring. High scoring games. I'm winning 6-0, 12-0, etc. I've 10 run ruled my last 2 opponents. Im also using Zone hitting (which IMO is the best) and classic fielding. Everything else seems great just the lack of cpu offense. I'm using Arkansas, which they are a A-, but when i play Florida and other A+ teams, i'm shutting them out every game.

Any suggestions?

Does Football Forever use zone hittting?

Re: Has everyone found their slider settings?

I've been playing on default AA and have been having some great games. The CPU never scores more than 3 or 4 runs though. It's very frustrating, but what can you do? I have a hard time scoring very many either. I think I'm 10-3 with UK.

I'm going to really get into making some good sliders soon.

Re: Has everyone found their slider settings?

I have a weird problem in that I suck at hitting but am good at pitching so I use FF's AA sliders when I pitch and heelfans' Varsity when I bat and so far I'm 6-7 with cal poly.
