team rankings and rosters

Someone said that if you find out what ranking the team was last year that its roster would be with whatever team it is this year. Is that right? So if Miss. State was 22nd last year, I'd find the 22nd team on this year, and that would be their roster? If so, does anyone have any idea of the rankings or where to find them from '06 without the game. There was some posted last year at this time, but I don't know where to find them now. Any help would be great, thanks.

Yes and Yes.

The quickest way to find a teams ranking in 06 is through dynasty mode.
