PS2 Roster loading?

How do you load the new rosters into the PS2? Now I dont have a PS2 hard drive. Is there anyway to send it over ethernet or USB?

you need to buy an Action Replay Max or the Sharkport, which is very hard to find anymore.

Action Replay Max Evo Edition for PS2:

Here's a gameshark, I don't know if it's the same as the sharkport or not.

Ok so there is no way of using just your basic everyday run of the mill USB 2.0 jump drive?

let me know if it works. i've got a sharkport, but if a regular jump drive works, that would be more useful.

i'm still trying to locate my disc for my sharkport since I uninstalled it from my cpu and my memory card. I'll find them eventually if the jump drive won't work.

Re: PS2 Roster loading?

What makes the Action Replay Jump drive different from a regular jump drive? Is the drive itself different??? Or is it the software that comes with Action Replay that is the key component?? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Honestly I dont know, and to tell you the truth I dont think there is a difference, but I could be wrong. Either way I have a 4 gig jump drive that Im going to try when I get home. I cant imagine there is any difference between them. I mean they are both memory storage.

Does it show on the memory card? I know that in some older games that I had updates on, I could only use Sony Memory cards. Im not sure if you are using a Sony card or an aftermarket card, but if you are using an aftermarket try a Sony one. What happens when you try and access the file?
