how do i get the rosters from my comp to my xbox hd???

hey can anyone tell me how to get the roster file from my computer to the xbox hd?... i'm really new at this. anyway, thanks for the hard work making the rosters

I use an Action Replay, it plugs into your USB of your computer, and after loading the software that comes with the action replay, you just plug in the special memory card that comes with it, drag and drop the file into your memory card, then remove it from your computer, plug it into your xbox, go into memory on your xbox, and then copy it into your hard drive. I costed me 30$, that was about 2 years ago, it has probably gone down in price.
