MVP had the graphics over HH, but as far as game play, very good in it's day.

I loved HH. However, consoles took over my life and computer gaming started to go downhill.

When I played HH back in the day, the richness and depth of franchise play had very good potential. Graphics was not a good a EA's but the idea that the CPU would offer you a trade for prospects even though the names were not real was on point and showed potentinal for future releases. Later there were guys like pudge who would work tirelessly with getting real minor league players and atrributes added as part of the game for more simulation and realism. You would have thought the EA would have bought the HH series from Trip Hawkins, but I guess the wounds were cut way too deep after he left EA for 3DO.
