I or it seems anyone else has ever put up good injury sliders. I think it should go pretty far into the negative side, as it seems way too many freak injuries happen to star players especially the pitchers. Dowie

I'm a diehard baseball fan, and I just think that the game engine for this particular game will never be matched for a console game. Along with the ultimate rosters from mvpmods/ ea mods.com it can't be beat so I am sticking with this game for the long haul. Dowie

Re: Dowie's "2007" season sliders for mvp 2005

good question. I got those 2 sliders from Nasa. One has to do with how quickly a reliever fatigues while warming up.. I know that much. I don't think these 2 sliders effect the gameplay any which way to be honest with you. My guess is since they tire quicker in the bullpen, then relievers come into the game with their fatigue less than 100% which is good cuz there is nothing worse than a guy with 40 stamina pitching 4 innings or more.My only gripe with this game is that pitchers staminas are far too high especially relievers. That's why the sliders have the human and cpu pitching fatigues so high on the positive side. It's the era of 5 inning starters for the most part, and that keeps it in line with the real game. I'd leave it how I have it to be honest. Dowie

Hey Dowie! Thanks for the sliders. I'm getting ready to fire up another MVP season. Any word on if Kraw can convert their latest update to the ps2?

Re: Dowie's "2007" season sliders for mvp 2005

I'm sure they will try real hard to covert their latest UR to the ps2 but if you go to eamods KG has a set that are perfect as of last Friday. I've spoken to him via email a few times and he says the biggest difference between his and the UR one's is he completed overhauled and rerated the minors system, meaning guys don't progress at such a clip they are out of the minors in 1 year. I thought I was a diehard UR fan, but KG did some fantastic work..give em a try. At least if the UR can't be recreated to the ps2 we have KG'S which truly are very good. Go over to mvpmods and check out the kg roster overhaul thread. Dowie
