pitch cursor+ fade?

I've been playing this game for a year, and have only started to notice that most people's sliders use this "fade" option when pitching. Can someone explain to me what this "fade" does, andhave I been missing something great?

The pitch cursor will fade out as soon as you start moving it to the location you want to pitch to. It makes it tougher to get your pitch location accurate.

IMO opinion, the only way to get a good challenge and have a somewhat realistic sim experience is no cursor. After all, real pitchers don't get to run up, draw a spot on where they want to pitch and then try to hit it. After you get a sense of the boundaries or your controller, you should try it. In fact, I turn everything off except for the catch assist circle.

I also use the cursor off, but I do use the vibration function. I like it that way. Seems to make my sim experience ok. I really don't walk many batters that way.

Im now using everything off aswhile.... I started with everything on and I adjusted as I got better.

I do the samething man, its alot tougher to pitch. What level do you play on All-Star or MVP?
