Realistic Sliders?

Can anyone recommend me some sliders that give realistic stats through simulation?

I've been using Pared's sliders, but the stats end up being ridiculously high (for a season in dynasty mode). One player hit 66 HR and drove in 192 RBI's in one season, which is too unrealistic for me.

What system are you playing on PC, Xbox, PS2 or Gamecube?
