How do you get your sliders to work?

I customized my sliders and saved them but when I went into either an exhibition or Dynasty game, paused the game and went to gameply tuning it shows everything at 0. So I quit the game and went back to my saved sliders to make sure they were still there and they were and they were loaded. Why can't I get them to show up?

Nevermind, it was related to the difficulty level.
