Help me tweak pareds sliders to fit my skill lvl.

Im doing a pirates dynasty w Pareds sliders. Im 17 games in right now and my wins and losses are realistic.(Im about .500) The thing is im averaging just over 1 run a game with only one homerun so far. Ive had about 10 or more come extremely close but not quite far enough. I only have one guy batting at .300 and thats cuz he bats right b4 my pitcher. Everyone else is at like .220 or below. Im also pitching way too good. My team era is 1.96. I shouldnt be getting this w neteam, let alone the Pirates. Ne advice on what i can change from his in order to help me get more realistic results? A diff set of sliders perhaps or just a few changes? Stealing still seems a lil too easy but im not as worried about that.

I would think it would be pretty obvious to increase user contact/power and cpu contact/power.

Also, it may help your hitting to reduce pitch speed to about -15.
