You need special, magical Xboxes for that. If you have a special, magical Xbox, go to www.mvpmods.com and look in the downloads section and around the site. I actually converted philthepat's portraits for Xbox and need to do his latest one. But you can learn to do it yourself.
I'll warn you now though, just because you're new there, if you ask a question that is probably covered in a thread or FAQ already..... you won't be treated too nicely. It is better than it used to be. Sometimes someone will give you a link.
