2007 roster update

Does anyone have a full 2007 (post-trade deadline) roster update, because the default rosters are so old i can't even play the game. It just doesn't seem right when i play the game because the rosters have almost all changed. And players are much better now than they were in that game (i.e. Ryan Howard). In the default roster, they make Howard look like a minor leaguer. There's also a lot of new rookies that are amazing this year but are obviously not in that game. Anyway, if anyone knows of a 2007 roster update (in zip form) please let me know.
