what device do you need to download the rosters?

just need to know what i need to by in order to do this, and also if it is rather easy or complictated...thanks!!

For consoles,Action Replay is how you get the roster to your system.You download them to your PC.

then get them from the pc to the system via usb cord?

AR comes with a memory card. You transfer the file from your computer to the memory card via a USB cable (included with the card). If you play console sports, it's a must have.
