maybe a stupid ? regarding rosters and memory cards

I'm a newbie on the site and have a slow connection so I don't really have time to search throughout so I thought I'd pose it. Is there a source that will take a memory card (through snail-mail) and nominal fee and update it before sending it back? I'm one of those guys that needs realism and doesn't care about all the GM options the MVP game offers. I want the players where they're officially.
