Nope, still play everyday. Download the ultimate rosters from mvpmods and the game will be timeless as long as graphics aren't a big deal to you. Still the most realistic sporting game I've ever played (using Nasa's most updated mvp rosters. I play on the PS2 by the way. Dowie

I play everday! I went to mvpmods website (linked above in a previous post) and grabbed their ultimate rosters (accurate from last season's world series date)...I absolutely LOVE this game! I play on the regular xbox version as well. I'm still tinkering with the sliders (tuning) on the MVP level, but I think I've just about got them right.

I had traded this game in about a year or so ago...never knew of that website. Once I found it I went out and purchased a used version from EB Games for around 8 bucks - baseball never gets old!!

I just spent the entire weekend (roughly 30 hours so from Friday afternoon til 8 PM tonight) updating my PS2 Rosters from UR 8.0 to current. So yeah people still play it.

I played this weekend. I am playing the 67 Mod and loving it. I do have it for the PC so graphics are fantastic. MVPMods has definitely saved this game from total extinction.

Probably not.

Not because I don't want to, but because I used the UR 8.0 as a base and I'd need permission from the people who made it to post rosters based on them.

Plus only the major league teams are accurate..the minors are all a mess. I mean the teams generally have the players they should have, I just didn't set minor league lineups/rotations and stuff.
