PS2 Leagues?

After a few attempts and a few fails at getting into a league that suits my needs, I have decided to post what I'm looking for and to let owners or members of good organizations come to me. If anyone here runs or knows of a good league that meets the following criteria, please reply with some info.

1. Must play on All-Star or MVP. I like swing timing and pitch location/type to have something to do with the hitting game.

2. No rule on strike/ball throwing. What's more unrealistic than throwing all balls? telling me to throw all strikes. If it's not in the game, it's not in the league.

3. The ability to trade/sign/release players. EA has given us the option to play online with custom rosters; why would you not want to take advantage of this?

4. A light schedule. I don't have time to play every day, and I doubt my opponents and I will always be on at the same time. 5-7 games per week is plenty.

That's all I can think of right now. If anyone can point me in the right direction, please reply. I need my baseball fix and I think a good online league is the way to get it. If anyone can provide me with one that will offer me these four things, I will gleefully join. Thank you.
