When the other person enters the pause menu - the timer

For xbox if you are online and the other person enters the pause menu, you cacn hit start and it begins this little timer in the lower left hand corner.

Whathappens if this timer expires? Does the game become null? Do you lose? Does the other person lose? Do you and/of they get DNFs?

I ask because I beat this guy 11-0 (11-4 after I fed him some meat pitches. ) He got Wakefield ejected and now wont press the accept button to go on with it...childish, I know.

Its not the end of the world I just left the TV on while I work on my essay, but I'd still appreciate an answer

ha, so eventually he came back and was booted by the computer for delaying the game

*eye roll*

anyways, anyone know the answer about the timer?

if i remember right i believe he gets warned and after the third he gets booted. i can't remember because it happened last year. hope it helps
