Most Obnoxious Thing People Do Online?

Basically I guess I'm setting up this thread to be a sort of place to vent about people online about the most obnoxious things they do. For me the contenders are:

- Trying to tell you halfway through the game you have to throw all strikes/getting mad at you after the game for throwing balls. It ticks me of because I throw mostly strikes and I know there are some people out there who throw like 75% balls (I've played them). But I will throw some pitches, esp sinkers, splitters and cutters out of the zone to try and get people to chase. I had an opponent swear at me after the game because he said I was throwing balls at the end of the game - 1-0 game, I'm up, runners on first and third, I'm throwing sinker and splitters to try and get a DP.

- People who throw the same pitch over and over and over...I watched my brother play against someone who pitched 10 inning with Beckett just throwing curves low and away - then brought in Valdez to do the same thing. I mean really it isnt "cheesing" or anything because they're still hittable, its just a little annoying...

yet another excellent reminder that there is no chance in hell I ever play anyone not on my friends list. more trouble than it's worth....the exception being Links, just about everyone I met playing that game online was cool. so it goes

I know where that's coming from, can't agree more (I haven't played links in months!). But I tend to be a little more lenient, how else can a friends list grow if you don't give people a chance? Lately I've had some luck and met a variety of cool/mellow gamers who play for the love of the game... A good tipoff is if they accept playing 9 inning games..

Btw, to the first guy in the thread, a big diff sometimes is simply talking (on xbl). I no longer bother playing with ppl who can't string a coherent sentence together. If they have no mic, then there will be no game..

good point, but as it stands my friends list is maxed out anyway (unless they increased it from 100, I havent been on in quite a while). so its all good there, always somebody around if I'm looking for a game, plus I would probably look for some people from here if I wanted a baseball game. It's all good.

I had some moron tell me that I sucked because I couldn't hit Wakefield's knuckleballs. That was ALL he was throwing. I know Wakefield throws mainly knuckleballs, but online I see it as a ridiculous thing to do. I believe you should mix up the location, speed, and selection of pitches. I just don't like being called a f**kface for not hitting off the Wakefield.

yeah ive played against people that wont even throw anything close to a strike, then i would do the same thing to annoy them and they have the guts to complain...also people that only throw curveballs the whole game with greinke of the royals...allso annoying when someone starts prior and then goes to wood...not a big deal, but they use their starters instead of their bullpen...also someone used the white sox and used their closer tatkatsu to start, because he throw a 52 mph changeup and thats all they threw the whole game. someone only threw knuckcle balls w/ wakefield the whole game...i sucked at first but timed it since he only threw it low and away..i ended scoring like 3 runs in the inning and they suddenly quit so i get not credit for the game

Its not so bad for me when people use one pitcher to throw one pitcher over and over if its a slow one like Grienke or Tikatsu...I just wait for them to tire themselves out by taking a bunch of pitches.

I'm actually now of the opinion that by far the most annoying thing people do is quit really early..I've had a couple times I went up 2 or 3 run in the first and person quits and doesnt get a loss or give me a win! Gimme a break, ya know?
