All teams control?

How do I set it up that I control all teams In mid franchise? Or must I restart? And when all teams are controlled, can they still trade amongst them? I heard something about vetoing or whatnot?

Yes you can veto trades. Not sure how it all works, but you do have to set it up before season! Sorry about that!

Anyone else tell me how I should do this? I want to have the CPU trade but I want to be able to control whether it goes through or not. Also how does that work if I want to trade?

Make 2 custom settings. Have one for your team where you control everything you want to control. Have another setting for the other 29 teams with everything on auto. Make sure you have Instant Trades OFF. That is important. Then you have to check in the "Pending Transactions" every single day, for every single team. If you see a trade you like, accept it. If you don't like it, deny it.
