Throws from the Outfield

This needs to be worked on, I get not every throw in fact maybe 40 % of throws only will be dead on (for most outfielders) but this game its like 5-10% again its a way of the CPU generating runs against you, but just let the ratings speak for themselves and let the chips fall where they lay.
Too often Ill get a ball right off the wall with Jose Bautista gun one to 2nd and someone like Jim Thome will slide in safely. REALLY?? a one hop off the wall with a skilled outfeilder with a + arm and the guys toast, with the THROW RIGHT ON THE MONEY! not every throw goes to one side of the bag, as much as this happens in MLB so do darts right to the bag

why must this constantly be an issue?? Are you adjusting sliders to account for arm strength and base runner speed?
