That would be awesome. There are times between work and girlfriend, and now that my franchise is fixed, my own play -- that I don't get here. They've been rare, but they did happen. Lot better now that everything is full here, too - but yeah that would really be great to where I didn't have to backtrack through the thread or be like "damn, I saw it and forgot.."

I've only made like two errors like that last one, and even then, I at least "approved" the user, I just forgot to add to the list.

I'm not looking at the usernames right now, but that would be the first one you could add to your list, because I have GOT to get off here and go to bed. But, I was going to update the list tomorrow evening, as I think that is going to be my night to do the list throughout the summer as we're full.

Thanks a million, once again. That little bit of help will relieve some "guilt" if nothing else. Not that I feel real guilt, but I do want this to run as smooth as it should, and I don't want people feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome because I forgot to put their name on a stupid list.

OK. Garza was really the only player that interests me at this time.

Does anyone really care where I sent this from?

Not interested in Kevin Millwood, but the League/Ichiro idea is interesting. (I'm on my final franchise after fixing freezing issues, but Benoit hasn't been good in any of them!)

Could definitely work with any/all of the players you have listed, if you'd like, please send your first formal offer through and we can negotiate from there. Sorry to have taken so long for the response, I was away from the office (work) all day, and had to pick the girlfriend up after.

RE: Potential negotiations (Ichiro/Dirks/ETC)

Hi Dave,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I certainly understand the issues with work and women. I understand the lack of interest in Millwood, so I would like to propose a trade of Ichiro Suzuki and Brandon League for Andy Dirks, Ryan Raburn, Drew Smyly, and Al Alburquerque (6.75 ERA, 8 IP in AAA). Let me know what you think and we can work from there.

Best,
Seattle Mariners GM

RE: Starling Marte

We were planning on waiting a few more weeks before we offered the trade, just to see how the players' stats rounded out near the middle of July, but unfortunately we only made it a couple of days before Starling Marte suffered a season ending knee injury. Therefore we are unable to trade him. We would be willing to work out some other kind of deal, however we doubt we have anyone in particular you would be interested in that we would be willing to give up. We did sign Jorge Soler who's hitting .263 with 5 HR and 19 RBI in AAA, but considering we just recently signed him (about a month ago) we doubt he would be of interest to you. We are still willing to part ways with Pedro Alvarez as well. We apologize for the unfortunate turn out, and we hope to be able to continue other negotiations with your organization in the future!

OOC: Just my luck that Marte would tear his ACL. But, looking on the bright side of things, I guess that will help me try and keep the farm system together for the future.

Topic: Carlos Lee potential trade

Greetings LA Dodgers,

We are responding to your interest of our player, Carlos Lee, when we placed him on the trading block.

As of today, June 14, you guys are in first place in your division but the Diamondbacks are only a half a game behind. We are currently in last place of our division.

You arent getting much production from your current 1B James Loney, hes batting .246 with 5 HR and 20 rbi, thus your interest in Carlos Lee.

Carlos is currently batting .306 with 10 HR and 38 rbi, hes also the league leader in doubles.

The 1 player we really want to be included in the potential package is your 20 y/o OF James Baldwin III (B potential). We would also like to receive one of your B potential pitchers (Withraw, Reed, and Eovaldi)

We would be willing to add more of our veteran players that would help you on your championship run as we are trying o rebuild for the future.

If you have anymore questions dont hesitate to ask.

Hope to hear back from you soon,

~Houston Astros

We are very sorry to hear what has happened with Starling, as we where really interested in him. We hope he is able to fully recover and be a great player for you guys for years to come.

We would be willing to make the same trade if you would include Soler or Bell and a young pitcher like Nicholas Kingham or Jeff Locke.

Being that we have a win now attitude every year this is the type of package that we would expect back for one of our best young pitchers who is performing well in the major leagues and helping us win.

I doubt you would want to give that much up, but that's what we would really expect.

Best regards,
~New York Yankees

RE: Potential Nova Trade

We would be willing to give up Jorge Soler and Colton Cain (B pot SP 21 years old) for Ivan Nova and potentially Corban Joseph if you're still willing to give him up.

Cain's stats: 2-5 4.78 ERA 69 K's 28 BB's in 89.1 IP.

At the same time, I have to wonder why you would do this? The only for-sure MLB ready player is Porcello, and it looks like he is for sure having a down season. You have a 14 game lead with 58 to play, and you are moving both the frontrunner for MVP *and* Cy Young?

I do think the Tigers would do this trade, but for the sake of realism -- with the statistics you mention, I don't think this trade would materialize under the circumstances. You *wouldn't* be ripping off the CPU in this instance, so if you are trying to build a certain way or too worried about salary, you can feel solid about making the deal.

Sorry for the delay in the response to your offer, and I hope you appreciate the levity there with the "negotiation" idea here...

RE: Pena trade

Sorry for the late response, I've been playing RTTS! Would there be anyway for me to do this deal without having Shields in the deal? Porcello isn't a must have by the way! The only reason I put him in deal was because we were losing a starter, but if we keep shields, then you'd keep Porcello!

Best regards,

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012

Are you guys planning on restarting your franchises once the new rosters with the draft picks come out? If I do, that means I probably won't re do the trades I have done in my original franchise... meaning I may be making new trades with players such as Neil Walker.
