1. I feel like it would be a cool idea to allow more attribute points available based on the player's age. Give someone starting out the game at 23 years old more points to use than someone who is 19 years old.

2. I think you should be allowed one attribute to be near-ML ready. Players are to be starting out as young phenoms in this mode, so there has to be something they can do above average already. Give the player the option to start out with C speed, C fielding, C K/9, C RH power, etc etc. But you can only pick one.

3. This is smaller, but I think it'd be really nice to edit the other players in the league. The further RTTS gets throughout the years, the more often I'll see things with generated players I dislike. Don't let us fix other player's attributes, but when it comes to their equipment, stances, and appearance, why not?
I play as a pitcher for the Orioles, and whenever a new catcher comes to the Orioles, their default gear is usually all "team color 1" which for the Orioles is orange. Pitching to a catcher with all-orange catchers gear makes the game nearly unplayable.

I also have read and like the idea of your contract worth helping you gain training points easier. Makes you more apt to take a high paying contract like in real life.

While getting a contract extension offer in the middle season would be more relevant to this game mode, of course this request pertains more to Season and Franchise mode.

Obviously the thread(s) for those two game modes don't exist yet, but yeah.

1. Add endorsments. For example, if your RTTS guy is say a Bryce Harper or Mike Trout kind of stud, he gets put on ESPN the magazine front cover.
2. Different potentials... Not everyone turns out to be the greatest of all time.
3. Grades: Instead of having solid grades like A, B, C for attributes, add minuses/pluses, ie Control A- or Power D+. It adds to the mode overall, and will enhance the experience.
4. Perks that come with experience. For example, you are a rookie on a team. You only get to edit yourself. A few years down the line, you become captain, or do something great for orginazation. You now can choose what uniform the team wears every day. Or you can put yourself wherever you want in the lineup or rotation because the TEAM, MANAGER, and ORGANIZATION TRUST you that much.
5 And that leads into this: there should be 3 trust and 2 support meters in the game. Organization Trust, Manager's Trust, and Teammate Trust. If the org. doesn't trust you, then they won't have the faith to call you up, etc. If the manager doesn't trust you, you won't be in the lineup/rotation, and if teammates don't trust you, they won't try for you if you're pitching or hitting. The trust can be lost, if you badmouth the team (see # 6), don't hustle or make team plays in the game, or harass your teammates. (TRUST MAXES at 500 pts each)
For support, there should be local support, which is your team's fans, and national support which includes the media and national supporters of you. You gain support by playing well, and saying the right things in conferences.
You lose support by playing badly, or making the wrong decisions. (SUPPORT MAXES AT 500 pts each)
6. Now this leads into press conferences. Maybe after key rivalry games, or important games for the RTTS player, they should be interviewed by the media. This adds that pressure element of everyone watching. For example, in one's major league debut, let's say they went 3-5 with a HR, and 4 RBI. The media will ask how the experience of the game was, and if it was everything that they expected. Responses could be the following:

HUMBLE: Man, yeah this was great! I'm so blessed to be in the Majors now, and I hope this is the beginning of a great career!!!
(This would be +2 nat'l and +5 fan support)

ARROGANT: Whadaya mean? Y'all knew I was gonna go off tonight! Stop acting surprised...I'm not hear to ride pine, I'm here to break records, and win championships!!!
(This would be +5 nat'l and +7 fan support)
NONCHALANT: Well, it was nice, I guess... could've been better, know what I mean? Anyway, it was a good start...
(This would be -5 nat'l and -3 local)

My last point is that there should be A: A HOF ceremony where you get to speak using press conference
B:CONFERENCES for winning awards such as ROTY, MVP, etc.
C: ALSO not really RTTS, NEEDS TO BE SILVER SLUGGER PER POSITION... You guys did it with Gold Glove...
And That's IT!!!

1. Mid-Season Contract Negotiations it would be nice to be able to go through negotiations prior to the off season. I know right now there is the "contract request" feature in interactions, but it isn't that great.

2. 5-10 Rule and No Trade clauses the additions of the 5-10 rule as well as an option to include teams you can't be traded to would be nice. As a Red Sox fan, I always cringe when the trade prompt coming up, fearing being sent to NY.

3. Training Mode Upgrades Not a major point here, but an indoor batting cage would be nice. Also, rehab stints in the minors after an injury would be nice.

4. Money Meaning Something It would be nice to see the money you earn go towards something.

5. More Off Field Options post game press conferences, interviews with TV stations and newspapers, picking up endorsements, community outreach projects, etc

6. Interaction with Teammates it would be fun to have some interaction with teammates. Also would be nice to be able to offer someone wearing your number compensation to try and have them give it to you.

7. More Hair Options longer hair options would be nice.

8. Player Feuds If I hit a HR off a pitcher, maybe I get plunked the next time up, tempers flair, maybe someone charges the mound. This could all add up to certain games/situations meaning more.

Please have a locker room for all your players trophies.

Also please have a hall of fame page to show who makes hall of fame

And Like each teams retired numbers. Now I know you cant show old players names but you could have the number retired at least and in franchise or RTTS you could see teammates number retired in the page and hanging in stadium somewhere or on wall. Like currently active you will most likely see Jeter number retired or Ichiro.

Its something they had in old football games and I loved it.

Also have an award for the World Series MVP. Its a big deal just like when lance berkman won it last year.

I would LOVE to have my name in the commentary. Its Wyrick, pronounced WHY-rick. I mean you have Myrick in the game, and it is the exact same except for the M.

I deffiantly agree with the money meaning something and also endorsements and stuff like that.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, because I didn't read through the pages, but I think the option of a first person camera would be pretty cool.
