What do you think I could get for Chris Carter of the A's?

I am at a huge disappointment with micheal bourn right now. I just cannot get on base with him. Batting just .132 with him. Now take for granted I'm only 9 games into the season, but still. The last thing I'm wanting to do is trade him (yes i kno its early in the season). I'm trying to get Colby Rasmus from the blue jays but there just not biting. Seems like they only want to let him go for one of my top starters and I just dont think he's worth that. Plus there's so many different ways I can use Rasmus especially once Chip retires. Anybody have an idea how I can get him to Atlanta? BTW my top starters are untouchable when it comes to trying to get Rasmus.

I assume Maholm only has a one year deal right? Why trade him and get 2 cents of the dollar for him? Since you're looking for a LHP reliever, why can't Maholm be that guy? I understand if he's been bad in the rotation and you're sick of him but maybe he'll blossom in the pen. Sure he'd be an expensive bullpen arm but maybe worth giving him a shot for 3-4 appearances and see how he does as a MRP

After a recording setting year, and not in a good way, the Orioles trade Mark Reynolds

A's get: 3B Mark Reynolds
Orioles get: 1B Daric Barton, 3B Scott Sizemore, SP Daniel Straily

The A's get power hitting that they desperately need, and the Orioles get a first basemen and Reynolds replacement at 3rd, and a pitching prospect

I thought Baltimore already had a good first baseman. It have may been Reynolds I speaking of. Can't he play first base as well as 3rd?

By looking at this on paper Baltimore lost on this one. The reason being Reynolds big bat won't be replaced by Barton nor Sizemore. Yes you have a prospect but it's not guarantee he will deliver like you want him to be. Since you pulled the trigger I would test Davis at third give Johnson DH Barton at first. But the A's fan would be happy to welcome Reynolds.

Ok Guys,

Im only early in my Cubs chise but i have decided that Byrd and maybe Soriano need to go, hell my whole OF needs to be replaced.

I am looking for some good prospects or MLB ready OF's that i can get and maybe an upgrade at 3B and at SP.

I like Garza, Volstad and Dempster but not sold on Jeff Samrardzija and Paul Maholm as my other starters, i have some prospects but none that are ready for the MLB just yet [soon, but not yet].

I am after ideas please.
