Re: CHdaughter **HOF/HOF** 2011 Slider Set

I've been trying this sliders out for a couple of weeks now. I'm getting pretty good results, but one thing I've noticed is that I could be locked in a scoreless game and break it open with a run or have a big inning when I score multiple runs and no matter who I have on the mound the CPU comes back to at least tie it. I don't know if that has to do with Pitching Consistency or what but I wasn't having that problem before. My pitcher could be CRUISING and if I put up a run he's done for.

Same thing happens to me. I know stuff like this is realistic but it happens way too often in The Show.

Just played the Dodgers, going into the bottom of the 9th up 5-1, i had allowed 1 run on 2 hits, then they exploded for 5 runs on 6 hits and i wasnt able to record one out. they hit any and everything they wanted to. AHH!!

This just happened last night. Yankees in control Rays then explode all over them.

Seems like these sliders play just like real baseball.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure stuff like that doesn't happen over 50% of the time.

Well i'm 43-40 using these sliders with analog hitting and pitching, and 7 pitch speed. using the Twins first in the Central. Been a blast. Nathan has a 2.50 ERA and is 25/28 for save opportunities soo.. Seems pretty realistic to me? ( Just blew a game for me though )

Re: CHdaughter **HOF/HOF** 2011 Slider Set

So what sliders has everyone settled on for Human/CPU for Contact, Timing, Solid Hits, Pitcher Control, Pitcher Consistency, and CPU Strike Frequency?

I'm having a terrible time finding a good combination for these sliders. By the way, I've been playing AS lately. HOF is just too much for an old man with bad hand-eye coordination like me. LOL
